e.l.f. Power Grip Primer + Hyaluronic Acid 24 ml is a clear, gel-based face primer designed to prep the skin and help makeup stay in place for longer. Its signature slightly tacky texture creates a gripping base that helps foundation and other complexion products adhere smoothly to the skin.

Infused with hyaluronic acid in the form of sodium hyaluronate, the formula helps provide hydration while preparing the skin for makeup. It also contains niacinamide, glycerin, and botanical waters including rosemary, lemon balm, and peppermint. The result is a fresh, hydrated base with a dewy-looking finish. e.l.f. identifies the primer as suitable for all skin tones and suitable for normal, dry, oily, and combination skin types.

The primer applies clear and can be used underneath foundation, concealer, and other makeup products. For best results, apply it after moisturizer and allow approximately 30 seconds for the primer to set before applying makeup.

How To Use

1. Start with clean, moisturized skin. Let moisturizer absorb for 1-2 minutes before priming.
2. Dispense a pea-sized amount - less is more.
3. Use your fingertips to pat primer evenly across face. The warmth of your fingers helps melt it into your skin.
4. Allow 30 seconds for tacky grip to set before applying foundation or concealer, helping your makeup to stay in place longer.

PRO TIP: If you’re short on time, skip your foundation entirely and use primer > concealer > cream blush. It can give you a polished “skin-first” look in under 5 minutes.
